Black Fell Cottage is self-catering accommodation near Hawkesghead. It is a comfortable four bedroom cottage, which sleeps 8 people.
We use Black Fell Cottage ourselves as a holiday cottage, and like to keep it in good order. It is ideal self-catering accommodation near Hawkshead. Full details are shown below:-
Self-catering accommodation downstairs
Cottage entrance hall Table and night storage heater, leading into kitchen, lounge, cloakroom, bathroom, two bedrooms, and staircase.
Lounge(19 x 13 ft) A sunny room with open fireplace, storage heater, dining table, TV, and telephone (015934 36223), looking over the garden with excellent views over rolling fields to the wooded Latterbarrow ridge and Hawkshead.	View inside lounge
Self-catering Kitchen (19 x 8ft) Equipped with stainless steel sink unit, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer (new in September 2005 - larger than before), toaster, coffee machine, storage heater, table and chairs. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. It has views at the front of the house to Black Fell Crag. The kitchen leads into the utility room with large airing cupboard and hot water tank, automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.	View inside kitchen
Bedroom 1 (13 x 13 ft) Downstairs - with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and heater, looking over the garden and the Hawskhead valley. Bedroom 2 (10 x 6ft) Downstairs - single-bedded room with chest-of-drawers, chair, and wall heater, facing the front.	View inside bedroom 1
Bathroom Bath, shower, washbasin, WC, and shaver point. Heated towel rail and wall heater.
Cloakroom WC and wash basin.

Self-catering acommodation upstairs
Bedroom 3 (13 x 13ft) Light and airy room with double bed, washbasin and shaver point, chest of drawers.	Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 4 (19 x 13ft) This is a large room suitable for children - a large bedroom with three single beds.	Bedroom 4 - 3 single beds
Parking There is a single garage and parking space for three cars in front of the cottage.
Heating There are 3 night storage heaters in the hall, kitchen and lounge, an open fire in the lounge, a wall heater in the bathroom, and 4 convector heaters located in the lounge and bedrooms to move around and use as required.
Linen All beds have duvets, and there are spare blankets in case of very cold weather. You will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, and tea towels.
